I wish to inform every one of my plans to leave Medical Arts Allergy, PC, as I have recently decided to relocate to the state of Indiana. I have greatly enjoyed my work at this outstanding practice and will miss my colleagues, staff and my patients. My last day at our office will be August 9, 2019.
If your next appointment is due before then, I will be delighted to see you at my office at the scheduled time. Beyond that, my partners, Drs. Armstrong, Harper and Oh, and my nurse practitioner, Jodi Johnson, CRNP will continue providing excellent care of my patients
Working at Medical Arts Allergy, PC. has been a wonderful experience for me that I will always be thankful for, and I will surely miss seeing all of my patients on a regular basis.
