SPRING
It’s that time of the year again. Spring is usually the time for tree pollen. Grass pollen usually is present in the late spring and early summer. In warmer climates, each of these seasons may start earlier; vice versa for colder climates. Some parts of the country have less weed pollen than others.
SUMMER
Summer is a beautiful time of year full of flowers, trees, and hay fever. The most common items causing summer hay fever are flowers and weeds. The best way to prevent Summer hay fever is to visit your local Allergy Care Center for testing. They can then devise a treatment plan for you to prevent, control, and beat that Summer hay fever.
FALL
Fall allergies comprise mostly of mold. Molds are the most common and one of the oldest forms of life on the planet and cause allergies by releasing their spores into the air. These mold spores can affect you anywhere in the world except for the North and South poles. It is important to identify your allergy early in the season.
WINTER
While you may be very grateful for the first frost or snowfall because it usually means an end to your allergies, you may be surprised to know that you may still be experiencing allergies from your indoor environment. Because your house is usually kept warm and sealed against the cold air, it creates a great environment for increased allergies.
